Our Fees

A simple single Will made with Hogans will cost £150 plus VAT (£180 in total).

​

Mirror Wills (i.e., a Will for you and your partner with the same or very similar wishes) cost £250 plus VAT (£300 in total).

​

Codicils (amendments to an existing Will made with Hogans) - £90 plus VAT (£108 in total).

If your Will is more complex or if you require specific advice on matters such as property or inheritance tax, there may be an additional charge. We will inform you of this during the initial appointment, and you are under no obligation to proceed if you decide against it.

What's included?

• An initial appointment to discuss your matter and take instructions from you.

• Preparation of a draft Will by one of our specialists for you to approve.

• A further appointment if necessary to discuss any amendments.

• Preparation of the final Will, which is then presented to you for safekeeping or can be held by us free of charge.

• Up to two photocopies of your Will if required.

What isn't included?

Specific advice on property, inheritance tax, or other more complex issues. This will incur an additional fee if it is required.
