Hannah qualified as a solicitor in 2016 having gained a First Class Honours degree from The University of Salford and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law.

Hannah has rapidly forged an impressive reputation as a tenacious and skilled advocate, and particularly enjoys using her skills in the court room.
​
Hannah specialises in representing children, as well as parents and extended family members in public law care proceedings which feature elements of neglect, physical, emotional and sexual abuse, and domestic violence. Additionally, Hannah has experience of handling matters with considerable complexity, involving contested novel legal and medical issues, adoption, inherent jurisdiction, wardship, and deprivation of liberty.

Hannah also accepts instructions to represent children separately to their Children’s Guardian and enjoys working with young people to get the very best out of proceedings for them.
​
Hannah also accepts instructions to represent children in private law proceedings through their Cafcass Children’s Guardian.
​
Hannah’s forensic approach to cases and excellence in advocacy for her clients means she regularly appears before the court at all levels, including the High Court both at interim and final or finding of fact hearings over a number of days.
​
In 2019 Hannah became an accredited member of the Law Society’s Children Law Accreditation Scheme in recognition of the experience and skill she has demonstrated.
​
Hannah is a Trustee of not-for-profit service Children First Family Mediation and is also a member of northwest charity Child Concern.
​
Outside of work, Hannah loves spending time with her young family and friends and is green-fingered too.
