"I became a member of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2006 and qualified as a Fellow of the Institute in 2008. I am also a Member of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE) who are an independent, national organisation of lawyers, such as Solicitors, Barristers and Legal Executives who provide specialist legal advice for older and vulnerable people, their families and carers.
I initially started working as a junior in a Family Department but started studying in Sheffield when working for a large firm of Solicitors. I started as a Will Writer providing advice regarding Wills, Tax and Trusts. I extended my work base and started Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work and now have over 12 years experience in Private Client work.
Hogans have been appointed as Deputies for Property and Affairs by the Court of Protection for a number of clients and I also have day to day conduct of these cases.
I started working for Hogans in 2009 and thoroughly enjoy working here. The close knit family feel of the Practice is very supportive!"
