our fees
Here at Hogans we try to keep things as fair and as simple as possible so rather than charging a value element (i.e. a percentage of the estate) which can be quite costly, we simply charge an hourly rate for the work we actually do. The less complex the estate, the lower our fees are likely to be.
Your matter will be worked on by one of our specialists in this field of work at an hourly rate of £225 plus VAT.
A fairly standard estate may take anywhere from 10-15hours to deal with, however because each estate is unique we will always offer a free no obligation 30 minute appointment to discuss the basics with you in order to provide a more tailored quote.
